Super Real Mahjong P5, the first 18+ game published on Saturn hit the shelves on May 26, 1995, 3 days after the VCD card's release.
Incidentally, its characters were designed by Ryō Tanaka / 田中 良 who also redesigned the characters of the Virtua Fighter animated series.
Naoki Ikushima / 生島直樹 is also the main illustrator of Bravely Default II (which led him to design the cover art of another issue of Famitsu this year).
Regarding the other Space Harrier artworks:
Marc Ericksen did the cover art for the GG version used in EU and NA (later used for the US version of the 32X port), while Hidefumi Kimura was in charge of the Japanese version.
Masashi Iwasaki did the cover art for Space Harrier II.
