ETM9: Shock Wave (learned lvl 22)

Emolga is the only elecrodent that can learn it through levelling up.

Double Team is Lucario's down special in all its Smash appearances (Brawl to Ult), acting as a counter when Lucario uses it, as a play on word on its Japanese name.
Not sure if Emolga would get that though.
(It's also one of Greninja's victory animations)

"By moving rapidly, the user makes illusory copies of itself to raise its evasiveness." - BW up to SwSh
another status raising move, this time for evasion instead of attack.

ETM5: Spark (learned lvl 13)
"The user throws an electrically charged tackle at the target. It may also leave the target with paralysis." - BW
Self-explanatory, basically Tackle but fast and electric.

ETM3: Tail Whip (learned lvl7)
"The user wags its tail cutely, making opposing Pokémon less wary and lowering their Defense stat." - BW

It's been Pikachu's up special (i.e. "recovery" move) since the original Super Smash Bros. for the Nintendo 64.
Though if Emolga keeps that move as a recovery move, being able to glide out of it is possible and would work with the end of QA's animation.
