ETM9: Shock Wave (learned lvl 22)
"The user strikes the target with a quick jolt of electricity. This attack cannot be evaded." -BW(+2)
Emolga is the only elecrodent that can learn it through levelling up.

(Smash appearance)
Double Team is Lucario's down special in all its Smash appearances (Brawl to Ult), acting as a counter when Lucario uses it, as a play on word on its Japanese name.
Not sure if Emolga would get that though.
(It's also one of Greninja's victory animations)
ETM8: Double Team (learned lvl 19)
"By moving rapidly, the user makes illusory copies of itself to raise its evasiveness." - BW up to SwSh
another status raising move, this time for evasion instead of attack.
(Images: DP, Stadium 2, anime, Pokemon Adventures [manga])
ETM7: Pursuit (learned lvl 16)
"An attack move that inflicts double damage if used on a target that is switching out of battle." - description from BW up to ORAS
A Dark type move, huh... 🤔
(Images: BW, Pokemon Adventures [manga, used by Burgh's Whirlipede])
ETM5: Spark (learned lvl 13)
"The user throws an electrically charged tackle at the target. It may also leave the target with paralysis." - BW
Self-explanatory, basically Tackle but fast and electric.
(Images: BW, DP, anime, Pokemon Try Adventure [manga])
ETM3: Tail Whip (learned lvl7)
"The user wags its tail cutely, making opposing Pokémon less wary and lowering their Defense stat." - BW
(Image: Gen 6, because there really aren't many good images of this move on the Wiki, as infamous as it was during SwSh prelaunch time)
(Smash appearance)
It's been Pikachu's up special (i.e. "recovery" move) since the original Super Smash Bros. for the Nintendo 64.
Though if Emolga keeps that move as a recovery move, being able to glide out of it is possible and would work with the end of QA's animation.
ETM2: Quick Attack (learned lvl 4)
"The user lunges at the target at a speed that makes it almost invisible. It is sure to strike first." - BW
PS: it's also already in Smash as Pikachu's up special.

Emolga at the beginning of the decade and at the end of the decade. Here's to hoping for more in the upcoming decade! Hope you all are having a happy New Year!
