Was able to port the actual models from the Sega Saturn port of RE in to the pc version. Something generally considered non-viable to do due to how differently this version handles models. Gazillion thanks to @REBehindtheMask for providing the models and @DozeD9 for the support
@REBehindtheMask Here some comparative shots with the original model to appreciate better the difference. OG one has 492 polys, the new one is based on the REDS models and has 714 polys, the only part keep from the og is the head.

I ripped the hunter model from RE2 N64 and ported it to RE2 PC. Looks like they used the texture from the oct 95 prototype of RE1. Thanks @DozeD9 for the idea of recreate the room and the proto texture @MechPala for the N64 saves and @ClassicREMods for the help! #REBHFun

@MrSnipz The game loads the character textures and weapon textures overlaping them. That way the hand get the texture from the character texture file and the weapon part from the weapon texture file. The 3rd image is what the games get by overlaping the 2 textures.

Classic demon coins, in the og RE3 they were an unused item whose icon was still in the game files. Shame that Capcom opted for reusing the insipid RE7 coins in the remake. I used Firebrand's face for the texture as a nod to other Capcom classic

While looking at the Umbrella Chronicles textures I found some artwork from Final Fight Advance, DMC and Marvel vs SNK 2 used as covers of some magazines/books.
