Day 6 #Sktchy #Inktober2021 “SPIRIT”

Found these, I did them in 1997. That’s at least how long I’ve had my Windsor and Newton Colman paint box. I love the little watercolour book these are in . It’s by Valera 140lb 3” x 5.5”.

En plein air painting this morning by the river Deben. It’s called awaiting the tide 😀 I hope you enjoy it as much as I did painting it in the lovely sunshine ☀️

Not one of my better attempts but it was a quick bit of fun this afternoon. I don’t fancy cooking what I defrosted today, feel like fish and chips now 😂😂😂

I’m beginning to fiddle and that tells me enough is enough. My darks could be darker I guess however I’m satisfied the intention is apparent. Olive oil. Finished tonight 30-6-2021.

Finished this afternoon. Butt and Oyster in Suffolk Pink this time. My version of the very Beautiful Pin Mill, Suffolk.
