#proko course day 1. Some 1-2 min gesture drawings after watching the first video. So rusty! 😶
He says to start just trying it out yourself, then follow along with him afterwards (to highlight any questions or weak areas). So today I get to follow along and start improving! 💪
Some doodles of the kittens from Sunday, 2-3 mins each. Peanut's grey, Butter's brown and Bill's black.
Finally took the time out to paint something purely for fun - my favourite subject! :D This is a study from a photo on Flickr. I hadn't painted something randomly for fun like this since like 2013...so here's hoping I can do more of it this year :)

Quick doodle of Peveril Castle, above Castleton in the Peak District. Only took 2 shades of green marker - really wished I had a grey!
Thing of the day: colours! These were fun to paint :) Credit also to @theorah who's been helping me out on colour and doing sterling work :)
