I also like that Oshiyama's cyborg design for characters with existing humanoid forms (which also own) has just enough elements/colors from the original to keep them recognizable, but still feel unique because that freedom of design was one of the main draws for this job to him
Mitsuru Aoyama followed it up with another of his classic solo key animation showings on episode #16. Snappy movement and loose, extremely expressive art - even though it's easy to dread him nowadays, in the right context (stylistic, amount of linework) he was pretty damn good
