Ousama Ranking's focus on scale is kind of a given with its premise but all the aggrandizing perspectives make the teasers look cool as hell regardless

The commercial that Tokuyama was designer & AD for really resembles Yanagi's avatar, the contents of the staff blog consistently coincide, and both are young but very much on the rise at the studio. Seems like she'll be sticking to that pen name for illustrations/blog tho!

Applies to the flashback in general. Strong art direction is a constant in Maidragon but the way it comes together with the color work in the past sequences in this episode makes it much more solemn and evocative than the usual cozy, silly present day scenes
