Iirc, the rotation in Conan is the more complex one, though - longer and more cel layers. It's really amazing, one of my favorite moments in the show and in multiplane compositing in general
These very dynamic, broad poses associated with regular, curved lines that tend to stretch the body without completely deforming it remind me a lot of AnJ (though AnJ would be more "realistic" about it)
Could just be a Mushi thing, though; I'm really not an expert of the studio
Can't tell who it is, but it comes just after this other excellent bit which looks a lot like Akio Sugino to my Mushi-novice eye, so bets are on I guess
