I could spend a lot more time on this but to be honest I’m feeling like I need to move on before she becomes a chore.

On to July and with my last portrait the balance of the proportions was off. The head was edging more towards normal whereas the rest of her was all over the place.

May next and with this piece I was looking for a different pose and for something with interesting hair. Again, the neck is quite long but at this stage in the year I was trying to develop a unique style.
