I still don't know what extinct suid this is, though. Can anyone help me identify it?
Oh, and here’s what it looked like. It had nostrils that pointed upward rather than forwards. It’s possible that this allowed it to feed on thorny vegetation without pricking its nose.
I found the whole drawing with the tail not cropped off. Turns out it also had a long snake-like tail with a fish’s fluke at the end!

@MaxHunt61513158 @BradtheCurator Supposedly those were the Sea Peoples. Some thought the Egyptians were supposed to be them, but now it looks like we’ve got their actual counterparts in this show. Seems those blue hairy crests were something they could wear.
