The governor himself had not met Jesus face to face. He did not understand why the elders of this city were so hurried to judge that man, and indeed they came to ask him for the judgement.
And he knew one of his men, an officer, accompanied by a wise dog, respected Jesus. The frogs agreed with him very well.
Then, the frogs came to the idea that the governor's wife had wrote about Jesus, calling him as 'the righteous man'
The man got dressed in a hurry, and started talking with them. At least he got their identifications.
A train of mysterious coincidences brought the frogs the chance to see the governor.
The woman whom Joseph's mother had saved was going to the governor's house. The frogs had heard that name of occupation from Flora concerning to Jesus' matter.
Joseph's mother drove off the two men. It was found they were robbers and she saved from them a woman.
