Thought I'd share an alien environment I recently finished for a YA novel, 'Zuu: The Ultimate Field Trip', as well as the rough sketch I started with.

On the 37th day sharing my #Numenera art, we climb the gargantuan, mutated branches of the 'Chimeric Forest'. Sapient triple-headed insects make this place their home, creating bubbles within which the raw stuff of probability pops in and out of existence.

I was wracking my brain to think if I actually have any art with a corvid in it... and I only have this one with a dress design based on magpie coloration.

Brewing up something new for @HarnessedR PG! We'll see where this goes; the other pieces I've done for it ended up pretty cool, I think.
