rookie is the pr officer and comm leader of the elite penguin force, a special agency dedicated to the safety of club penguin. he always wears red sunglasses that cover his eyes.

also known as bun in japanese, tuff is the tritagonist of the animated series. he has long, highlighted hair that covers his face, and his eyes are never seen.

characters like these sometimes have their eyes completely covered. but they have one barely visible eye just as often.
