this is a rare character that literally cannot see. zubat has no eyes, and thus it relies on ultrasound waves to check its surroundings and safely move around!

while his eyes are visible in the anime, his eyes are always hidden by opaque glasses in the games he's featured in, such as x&y and pokemon masters ex.
