The artwork is nice, and I like the character designs. The protagonist reminds me a bit of Alice (Pandora Hearts), a pipsqueak with devil-horns hair and oversized bow (covered by the pancakes here)

The amusing premise for this one caught my attention... Our high school girl protagonist transforms into a Godzilla-like monster if she falls in love.
I've also watched a lot of kaiju films this year, so I had to try this.

I intended to wait, but I couldn't... I picked up and read through volumes 4 through 6 as well.

Now I have to wait until February 22, 2022 for volume 7... T____T

All in all a really solid opening volume. I'll definitely want to continue this one. (A lot more kimono than I was expecting... That's always nice.)

Recommended if you're up for a shadowy drama.
(As a bonus, you'll get to learn a lot about wagashi!)

The title of this one really caught my attention. This is apparently a shoujo series, but I believe the characters are actually adults.
Also, they're wearing kimono on the cover, so... I have to try it, ha ha.
