The whole Barbara becoming the new Batman isn't at all new since Barry Allen took the characteristics of Wally West in the CW Flash. So it isn't at all surprising to see it happen here too.

The first is the one that gets me the giddiest in Spellbender. Cause I'm all for reinterpretations of old goofy Bat villains. More so when it's obvious we're getting one with the Batman Beyond edge that made them famous.
It surprisingly wasn't lost when helping Clayface in the Tec run, and it's there during B&O with Shiva (to a degree). But I'd love this mutual understanding between the two to stick. Because it opens up more possibilities and fun moments.
