Really excited about drawing mushrooms today. (Hungry, also. Um; for 2/3rds of these. Really important to get that right.)

Bonus: Beastmen monster concept images! Idea was the get some Germanic/Celtic barbarian were-creatures in there, plus the classic Medusa. (There are sketches of a minotaur around here too, but I didn't polish 'em up to show.)

Here's my "pitch sketch" made of other assets and very rough linework to show how I felt it ought to feel to get the OK to proceed, and also an in-progress rough.

Hydra faction monsters! (Yup, more concept art for "Against The Horde" by !) Anyway, I figure more heads = more status in Hydran society. However that works.

Got a ton of practice drawing scales. (So many scales! Too many scales.)

More digital painting for "Against the Horde" by - the mad titan Cronus opens a gate from Tartarus so his armies can invade the overworld!
(Cronus ended up looking rather like Rob Zombie, but I'm okay with that.)
