Been getting a lot of questions lately about how to improve at art! I switched from editorial illustration to concept art/fantasy illustration and basically had to learn to paint.

My recommendations are: STILL LIVES/PLEIN AIR and MASTERCOPIES!!

@joby_dorr Also, color is ALSO a form of stylization! To see the difference, I think League/runeterra art is a great example of how rendering alone does not = realism.
