@TheNewDream05 There were more times e.g., that time where Sonic was giving up. Sure she was "encouraging" but GA-LEE 😭. I never seen her behave like that before in a similar situation - not even in X (closest was Cruise Ship Blues).
There's another example but this time in the reboot.

It's fine if you choose the lovely strawberry shortcake topped with whipped cream over the delightful butterpecan cake with a sprinkle of brown sugar on top or vice versa. It's also fine and very possible to like and indulge in both flavor.

Just be sensible and respectable.

Amy and Sally both have their strengths and merit. Likewise, they also both have their respective flaws and not-so favorable aspects.

Some may like them, some may not - and that's inherently ok. This doesn't need to be a "Amy vs Sally" thing either. It's not an ultimatum.

I kinda have a soft spot for Schroeder and Lucy mostly due to a few teases, but I wouldn't say it's the best or most optimal pair lmao. Kind of the same with Sally and Linus but I found them cuter.

It tickles me how some fans alleged that Sally's a mary-suish for how anatomy Sonic base-breaking and "attractive" she was draw at times as if she was the only one.
She wasn't the only one drawn this way in this regard. If anything, it was really just the artist's art style.
