After #Anodyne2 comes out in the next month or two, I'm excited to write in-depth about how the two of us managed to make it in a little over a year!
I hope our "Economical Lo-fi" development style of "Abstract, Cut, Condense" will help indies save time when making long games!

For the art in #Anodyne2's 2D areas, @even_kei uses 8x8 pixel-sized tiles based on some GBC games!
The small tile size lets the art be more flexible, and fit a variety of level shapes!

As a kid, I played Zelda on the school bus on Game Boy.
