idk regardless of how comfortable you feel with interpreting Levi's feelings for Erwin as romantic or not, the fact he went from prioritizing the duty/mission assigned to him, to gradually acting more impulsively on his feelings and defying direct orders IS a factual observation
Levi is even like "Mikasa I don't know why you're so attached to Eren" and then later starts becoming more impulsive and acting on his feelings wrt Erwin, leading up to RtS arc
"Eren's the hero" Nah he's bad news bears. Levi called him a monster as soon as he met him and then the Final Exhibition literally portrayed him as a monster
