finished Demons Roots (https://t.co/Aui8lTd8Yx)
all i can say is "i need a few days to reflect on this big brained masterpiece before saying sentences that would make sense, else i just go AAAAAAA DEMON ROOTS"
randomly started up pia carrot and the game sure looks good as i expected
the game is developed by cocktail soft which was part of this giant umbrella F&C (also connected to JAST, long story) and it's well-known for sporting the artists who would latter work in leaf/aquaplus
started boku wa tenshi jyanai yo and this game has the coolest vn direction
it's written like a play (scene setting, acting directions) and the coloring for the characters is very nice to look at
i ended up being very invested into the main cast and the supporting characters each case
the protagonist, magami kyousuke, is perhaps the standout case because he's just a cool detective and it's not that hard to see why so many people will be charmed by him
doukyuusei 2 released close to this time is also insanely good-looking with a ton of unique bgs and assets that can change depending on who you choose to hang out with
elf's just incredible, bro
not to mention their innocent plots!!!!
tfw a woman will never ask you if you really are doing your job like this
and to a certain point, you know your moviemaking dream must end -- you will have to join the war
that Passion of filmmaking is what drives the game and why it has to end in a certain way
it's a testament to those artists who had to sacrifice their passion for the war
but what makes the game unique (and why the space world war 2 is necessary) is the events after you are done filmmaking
you are dragged into the everyday hell of space ww2 hollywood
sometimes you gotta find a space chicken pet of your star actor
