Upon returning home after living in Australia for a few years (where I'd begun to step away from animating) I decided I needed a change in my artistic pursuit. I began to realise that I found illustrating far more satisfying as a creative process

I love commissions of many areas when clients come to you with a loose idea but want you to do your own thing - full artistic freedom as long as you tick a couple of boxes. They make my heart sing.

I want to come up with images that have a bit of life & energy to them. I want to walk a tight-rope just a bit. So: I still prefer to use traditional media like paint, pencil, pens, ink, colouring pencils, and then get it into the computer
