STS-8 was the third Challenger mission. Astronaut Guion Bluford became the first African American in space on STS-8 as mission specialist. It was the first time in the shuttle program a #spaceshuttle launched and landed at night. I’m illustrating every STS mission. #art #Space

For the Moon #SpacetoberChallenge I’m showing my location drawing of the Lunar Module LM-2. This LM-2 module was built for Earth orbit flight and utilized for testing before the first Apollo Mission lunar landing.
