Who is the craziest mad scientist in comic books?
Is it a hero like Tony Stark? A villain like Arnim Zola? Lex Luthor? Hank Pym? Ozymandias? Or just some one-off Silver Age scientist who invented an anti-gravity device and floated out into space by mistake.
@GaryLoew Asterix comes from the fun world of European comics. It goes back about 60 years now, I think. I didn't know about the Asterisk and Obelisk connection in typography.
As with Tintin, I'm only passing familiar with Asterix. Something I should explore some day.

Comic book publishers like EC and Charlton have had many horror hosts, but DC has really staked out this idea. Cain and Abel are sort of the First Family of horror hosts for DC, but others include The Three Witches: Youthful, Motherly and Old Crone.
