My criteria for a Justice Leaguer has always been that they need to have an iconic symbol that could be put on the back of a silver meeting table chair.
I suppose her modified White Lantern symbol could work, but, I don't know...
On the other hand, I was scandalized to see that Venditti and Lopresti used the Supermobile, but DIDN'T include its punching arms:
