The way a level starts needs to be propperly set up if you want it to work in a certain way. The heroes are more than ready for action, so they needed a snappy character entrance. This sample also includes a bit of UI design.

These two #pixelart pieces were made as a test before working on the real thing. They're based on yet another rendition of the band's original characters.

Once (like a year ago) I was commissioned to do a couple of character turnarounds in #pixelart. Both characters, along with the heart shaped logo, are based on the members of Pegboard Nerds and their brand's iconography.
