And a drawing of @mightysquinn 's Orthicon rounds out the main crew Celtic Rage ran with in #CityOfHeroes, so I was able to throw them all together in a group shot.

Here’s the latest demon girl, Elly, based on a color palette consisting of pale blue, white, and pink. This was an interesting pose to work with, and I’d forgotten how deceptively hard it is to shade pure white skin without accidentally making it grey.

These are my personal favorites of the drawings I've done this year. I think it's a nice balance of simple ones and more complex styles.

This weekend’s project – Anna Marie LeBeau, also known as #Rogue of the X-Men. I realized, since this style doesn’t take me as long as the other, I should try to do more than the three X-women that I typically draw.

My entry: Hazel is a 40-something-year-old elven grad student in a version of Philly where magic has a dwindling but still noticeable presence. One of her hobbies is stealing elven artifacts from rich, human collectors, but she's always really nice about it.
