@_gabagool So many backissues to read, so many choices, and many good ones.
I forgot how lame that gun was on that X-Force logo. That's a Low-T take on what should be a badass gun.
Reprinting older material in a $1 format is popular enough, but if I had a say I'd like to see the first four issues of The Authority reprinted at a treasury edition size so you could fully enjoy the intricate detail Bryan Hitch put into the art.
This information challenges the idea that comic books have to be 22 pages. A strict page count that a comic has to be I find to be restrictive, just like a story arc of a comic having to be 6 issues. While it can work, it often comes across not being organic.
Jane Foster as Thordis(from What If...? Vol.1 #10) > Jane Foster as Thor
X-Men: God Loves, Man Kills by Chris Claremont and Brent Anderson may be the best single story in that X-Men ever had. Though there may be a solid contender out there.
@ComicPerch The only reason the comic is as amazing as it was is all due to Moebius. If it was anyone else it'd just be another Silver Surfer story.
@GumCrisis @SchweitzerMan @ComicPerch It was the Gargoyle all along, as a KGB ploy!
I get comics have been going more writer-centric since the exodus of McFarlane and Co. but with that change, has come comics that read more like something from Aaron Sorkin. If you're going to be inspired by TV maybe go with something that Glen A. Larson had a hand in creating.
