Also that bootleg Filipino Batman with that extra spikey look and the red backcolor to the logo makes me think of Flashpoint Batman.

Like the team of Jeph Loeb and Tim Sale, the team of Loeb and Ed McGuinness usually means a good time(Superman/Batman) but their 3 issue Fighting American: Rules of the Game mini-series was an example of extreme decompression, a single issue worth of story stretched to three.
