Apparently it's my favorite character's birthday and I don't have new art! Not sure I'll have time to make a new picture but maybe I'll try later! I did just finish this one so I'll tweet it again for #lock_birthday_2021 - my favorite character and his love, Celes!

Closeup of their faces — this is the most important part of any picture for me, and I had to redraw Locke entirely from the version earlier this summer because it didn't look at all like him. Celes had more minor changes to her face, but I reworked her hair to look more like her.

I am STILL working on this picture for some reason. I took a look at the version from this summer today and compared it to the latest version and just, wow, I think it looks a *lot* better now. I redrew his face completely, redrew some of hers, changed the coloring...

Is it done, is it actually done, did I actually finish it or will I need to fix it AGAIN, ahhhhhhhhhhh

I know some of you are Homestucks. A stream viewer wrote me a long comment explaining how I'm like this character and then drew me as her, but I haven't ever read Homestuck so I don't know her! She's super gay, used to take care of everyone, then did her own thing? It's cool art!
