A dragon egg NOT made by me, but by Hiro. Completely his design—he stuck on the jewels, chose his colours, and globbed on the paint. The only thing I did was add a coat of modpodge. Not bad for a two year old! 🐉 🥚

I'm going to use it as the cover art for an anthology of student writing—I taught "Wizard School" to a bunch of talented tweens and teens over the summer and this book will celebrate their words and artwork.

I couldn't fit in every book cover into the spread, but here's one more. PSA: when searching for book images while sharing your screen with the class, make sure you add the term "book cover" to "mouse heart". Otherwise . . . yeah, it's an interesting class reaction.
