I'm absolutely thrilled at the way my NFT art project is coming along. At first I was worried about how it would turn out creatively, but now it's simply exciting.
This is one work in progress...I won't be showing any final #NFT art until it's actually minted...sorry pirates!
I'm pretty sure this work in progress will wind up in my initial body of work, created specifically for an NFT launch. Saying that's a week away yet may be a little optimistic, but it's also possible.
I also need to do some major blogging...long overdue now.
@rebeca6169 @lucekerien Thank you. I'm sorry that I seem cryptic; that's not by intent. It would be better for you to do a search on NFT than for me to explain it. As for ordinary mortals, I am still unsure as to whether I've ever met one. 🌷
@rebeca6169 @lucekerien Um, I'm about to do that soon, but for some reason they want to call them NFTs. 😄🎨
I'm always amazed at how well my art shows on the web.
That's mostly because what you see online is a 72 dpi jpeg version of something created at 400 dpi, in tiff; in my early years in jpeg, 300+ dpi (see below).
There's a huge difference, one that definitely shows in print.
Before anyone says anything, I totally agree that I'm going to have to do something with the hair.
@jerrysaltz This jpeg was originally designed as a custom-made brush tip, made to be used as such in my art software. Oddly enough, the other day I wondered about using it in an NFT project. I'll read the article soon.
In a moment of playful "oops", I accidentally took this creation in a much more colorful, brighter direction. And no, I'm not trying to make some kind of rainbow statement.
If I did it would be, "Let's be honest, Dorothy's shoes really suck!"
Sometimes I wonder what architecture would have been if we all had 7 fingers on one hand and six on the other. And do you think it would change our view of "perspective"? 🤓
