I did this sketch last night. Now that it's scanned I'll be working on it with both of these orientations in mind. I rarely do that so early in the process, so this should be fun! 🤔

@jerrysaltz Possibly, but then I often have to fight the urge to invent several new words. Frankly, I'd rather just start new art.

I now consider this piece to be finished, though that always means "a few touch ups to go"...but for now it rests, though "resting" is not what I see.

I've been thinking of writing a book on procrastination, but all the editors I know tell me we should discuss it next year.

I've taken my art from yesterday and decided to simplify matters...somewhat.

Beginning something new today, though the "newness" kept me up until 3:00 in the morning to get it this far. To me this is where it begins.

Off to a fine start today, grateful for a little rain, but then I'm not going anywhere for the long weekend, except into some new art territory.
