Even though the changes here may not look like much, for me it shows what it feels...going the proper way.
I honestly don't know where this is going, but I do love where it's taking me.
This was a labor of love before it began, and while I've just started, the labor has evaporated while the love flows along.
I have no idea if I'm on the right route here, and yet it feels like my roots are settling in nicely.
And so this is how the on screen art will begin, and it will be interesting, given how at the same time I am dealing with trying to think of the right gift for my daughter's milestone birthday.
I think it was Picasso who said, "When in doubt, leave it white."
I listened.
and I almost forgot that this piece is one of those orientation challenges...I'll be progressing with this piece in at least 2 of the 8 possible orientations.
I did this sketch over a 2-night period. Since I love simplicity, I decided to scan the first night's progress, so that I could enjoy this art onscreen in 2 very different ways, and I will dearly enjoy both.
If you wish to know what I'm thinking while creating, then that only means we already have something in common.
