I have a love-hate relationship with backgrounds. Once I realized I could make them into characters, and use Seussian dreamscape warped proportions, I ceased to regard them as a total chore. But I still have a long way to go before I give them the love they deserve.

This was not intended as an animation. Just barebones frames to prototype something. But it kinda sorta works as a (very choppy) animation. So that's swell.

But in the last couple of months, I haven't been able to push a draft to completion.

My current theory is that my book-making system is clogged because I didn't finish Awesome Moments 1. So I'm gonna focus on clearing that for the next month or so.
