The scene where Seth was laying Anubis down looks so similar to how he held Anubis as a newborn. º(˃̣̣̥∩˂̣̣̥)º·˚ even the way he carried Anubis all those years ago was also always as if he was carrying a BABY and not an older child; Anubis is always just a baby to him... :(

I really enjoy the emotions we've gotten from Seth so far in season 2. We've had anger, fear, somewhat-smugness and a panel of complete DISGUST (which is my favourite.) And now, we just need happiness! (੭*ˊᵕˋ)੭ I want to see a big smile on his face!!!

Oh my god, everything about this chapter was perfect. Seth's utter disgust at the foreign god's kiss and Horus' jealous reaction after spying through the bird...this is everything we've been asking for!!! (ಥ﹏ಥ)

+Yet, prior to this scene, when Anubis asked if Seth killed those boys because Seth hated him, Seth is so shocked; it's almost like he completely fails to realise that he hadn't conveyed his love to Anubis in a long, long time, and that his acts of abuse actually caused damage.++

+Ultimately, Seth only realises the gravity of his actions when Anubis suffers for it, showing that he HAS empathy, but he's just very selective about it. He cares about his loved ones, but it takes a lot for him to understand them, and even more for him to SHOW that he cares.++

+and again, in this fight with Osiris, Seth flaunts what he did with the souls, still disregarding human life. He doesn't show sympathy for the women whatsoever. However, when confronted with the thought that HE will face repercussions for his actions, Seth blames Osiris for it.+

So last thread I discussed how sympathy was used by Osiris for manipulation, but in this one, I'll be discussing how sympathy is presented in Seth, who as we know, is very layered.++

The combat in the trials were planned and illustrated so nicely, and they also showed how Horus' and Seth's dynamics mixed into their interactions. The way they were characterised was so good! Also we got these moments, which I'll never get over. 😭😭 HoruSeth I love you.....❤❤
