@RossBergin You can cheat things. What some shows will do for characters that don't have "realistic" eyes is enlarge the eyeball and aim it out.

Here's an example of it on the Hawkgirl model I did ages ago.
If the pupil of the eye is "centered' within the lids, it'll fool everyone.

I have a million other things to finish but I'm having so much fun with this.
