I considered giving her the same outfit but none of her sisters wear that much clothing so it'd have looked too weird.

Adelita and Rosita have similar faces, and I think they have the strongest cousin resemblance so far

They still have a bit more in common physically than Pandora and Chayo, who I've commited to having be first cousins

The reasoning is simple:
Maripili and Barkeep are the only dog beastmen with black coats from the same generation in TMMD

And...that's it really. Besides that and fluffy hair they have very little in common physically. They're not even modelled after the same breed
