A few years back, I started to give bird people feathers on the end of their eybrows as a cute little design quirk

This works great in this situation because the way horned owls' face feathers work make them look like they have that same sort of thing going on

This newest design borrows a couple of elements from anoyher old oc from an on hold project, Selena Gambari.

Rosita is meant to evoke a sort of Thumbelina feel. A little girl in a big world type thing.

Her family having the flower as their group design trait actually helps emphasize this a bit more due to how Thumbelina was born
