@MathewJLyons @TownerGallery Wasn’t it sublime. The quarry painting was my favourite - the dominance and framing of the machinery and near invisibility of the workers. Loved it.

Trying to shoe-horn in a link to #Pompeii and my Covid vaccination (as only I would do) leaves me with a fresco of a medical procedure—Aeneas having an arrowhead removed from his leg—and enemas discovered in the House of the Surgeon. Yikes.
