Updated Metal Slug: Missing in Action with some of @Mr_Beacon00's findings, including the ability to swap object IDs. I didn't find everything I'd hoped for, but there's some nifty little leftovers in there, some from the game's early tank-only days!

@overthemoonpie I'd been scouting through Willy Wombat's graphic files recently and spotted this guy among the level complete graphics. It's not used anywhere, is it? I completed the game yesterday and never saw it.
