I found a lot of provocative drawing.
"There's an Anime character next to the dictator," and so on.
So it's probably ,"just according to Keikaku" including the backlash.

もっとも、過去の絵を見ると、
「もっと悪く描ける」だの、独裁者の隣にアニメキャラがいるだの、そういう絵が大量に出てくるんで、反発が出てくることも含めて、多分計画通りなんでしょうね。
