I always thought this woman was supposed to be Aurora from Devilman. The Re: Cutie Honey Perfect Book doesn't mention anything about her.

Devilman #37 is the last episode that Tomoharu Katsumata and Kazuo Komatsubara worked on. It's not an awful episode but it seems like a waste of their talents. Definitely the weakest episode of the last batch.

It's crazy how much Devilman media is officially licensed in the US.

Shinichi Miyazaki (former producer for NET TV) was not happy with the initial screening. He said "What is this cabaret music? Nudity is bad for children. We're an educational network." Ultimately, the series would be canceled due to concerns over excessive nudity.
