Honey is 16 years old, while Seiji is 25-26 years old. Junpei is 10 years old and is in the fourth grade.

Ms. Alphonne is voiced by Noriko Tsukase, who originally voiced Mr. Alphonne’s wife and son in episode 10 of Devilman.

Ms. Alphonne is based on an existing male character from Go Nagai’s Kikkai-kun manga. That same character also inspired Mr. Alphonne in the Devilman TV series.

The series' composer, Takeo Watanabe, was the one who originally thought of adding "I'm going to change!" to the end of the theme song. Originally, Linda Yamamoto was considered to perform the opening theme.
