The difference in my art and the work of people like Banksy, Warhol, Koons, Weiwei, and Hirst is that in fifty years, they will be dated, out of vogue, their pop - popped.
My #art will still be relevant, even more and more so.
Happy New Year. Happy New Decade.

No matter the deprivations an #artist must suffer throughout the course of life, may the robust fortitude to create never be diminished.
I resigned myself long ago to discouragement, misunderstanding and rejection.
Still, I persevere - for you, to bring you some food for thought.
Art is a universal language
Māksla ir universāla valoda
A arte é un idioma universal
Is teanga uilíoch é an ealaín
L'arte è un linguaggio universale
Η τέχνη είναι μια παγκόσμια γλώσσα
L'arte hè una lingua universale
Seni adalah bahasa sejagat

I worked in the studio and listened to a scanner. Evil deeds and bad actors abound. Armed robberies, shots fired, assualts. Dozens and dozens of humans behaving badly. I have some comfort in knowing I'm an antithesis. #Art is a salvation of sorts opposing all the rampant flotsam.
Together in our differences, united, we become the big picture. It is wide-ranging variegation that makes the whole ever more interesting. Embrace the diversity of existence. Revel in the variety. Being "us" does not diminish the "each".
A lesson to be had from encountering #Art.
Artists are a curious lot, heads filled with mysterious images wanting to manifest in a visual sensibility.
Imagine that.
It is amazing to consider that mental impulse traveling from the cranial cavern, through the arm and out the fingers. What an incredible process it is.

Imagine if you couldn't use red, or yellow, to create a picture. Imagine if red could only be at the edge, away from all the other colors. What kind of limitation would that impose. This the way racism works. Silly rules to divide people by colors. Only idiots think that's right.
Such an arrogant species we've become, thinking ourselves far more important than all other creatures inhabiting this planet. Self-importance blinds us to the fact that we are making ourselves a fatal disease to all life forms. The antibodies are massing. We're due to be removed.
When I awake and find myself blessed with another day of life, I ask myself: what can I do to make this a better, happier world? How can I do for others in a meaningful way so that we may all find greater fulfillment, even in the face of great adversity? Artists are crazy people.
