I've been playing a lot of Shield lately, so here's shiny Dedenne Tony and Wartortle Steve

@inkyubus13 THANK YOU💞💞 and omgg i'm so glad it gives that kinda vibe✌😎🌌 I always work in fineliner and grey markers, and then lighten some of those lines digitally, to avoid too stark lines especially on skin (and in this case, add some color on top🤗)
