Anna is a fairy (because of course she is) and like all fairies she was designed by Saru.
Saru not only made all the fairies but also some girls like SAA, ART556, M99, MP5 and P7.
They're also apparently resposible for the sprite animations themselves.

Finally, today we spotlight the most important unit, the one we've been building up to, the one you've all been waiting for, the one and only...
Anna Graem!
While her looks are as unmistakeable as always, she looks more on the lines of her VA-11 Hall-A KIDS look.

Sei is a handgun. Handguns are the core of 90% of teams, providing buffs to everyone with skills that are mainly support, and letting you see further during night maps
Sei is seen using a gun based off "that one gun from Policenauts"

Sei was designed by NIN, responsible for Pizz-*COUGH* for S.A.T.8, Thunder (both of which were featured in a pre-launch art for the JP servers) and Type 88. They also designed Raiden Mei for the Honkai Gakuen collaboration and have worked on designs in other games.

And today we go to spotlighting Sei.
Some have expressed concern that she's not as buff here, but you can see how her regular damaged art shows her quite toned, while her alt makes her body different anyways
Besides, her strongest muscle -her heart- is just as strong as ever.

Stella is a Rifle. She attacks with her mini stellas, which attack once each (making it twice per shot), but each shot is 50% of her total damage in turn.
This is important because her passive gives her +50% crit on the next round if she attacks 16 times (effectively 8 times)

While not prominent, our notes for her underwear were "Red Victoria's Secret-ish lingerie"
Worth noting that the Sei charm (and Sei's Stella charm) was not something we suggested. So we were pleasantly surprised too!

SMGs have synergy with Assault Rifles, who in turn boost SMGs back.
But Dorothy's special. She's one of three guns that *also* boosts Rifles specifically. Rifles usually boost handguns but don't have a set counterpart (HGs boost everyone in turn)
She's friends with everyone!

Dorothy was designed by 废人, who is responsible among others for the collab's mainstays Super-Shorty and TMP, along with Tokarev and even MP40 (a 2-star you'll definitely see while playing).
Appropiately, TMP has a Sexy Santa-themed alternate costume too.
