Tonight's quick #dataviz exploration: looking at flight occupancy on US domestic routes from 1990-2009.

Looks like airlines have gotten a lot better at keeping their flights full.

Yellow routes get down to around 30% occupancy, while blue routes are closer to 80% occupancy.
