It doesn't get much more arcadey than a twin-stick shooter and this is an arcadey home console title that kept the vibe and the energy, despite the fact that the SNES didn't even have a single stick, never mind twins! This crap is hard though.

Maybe LJN's best? I'm not sure it's even beatable, but the comic strip intermissions, the multitudinous characters, and the grungy rock makes for the perfect setting for running around beating up goons dressed in 90s clothes.
